"The soul travels at the pace of a camel..." This is an Arabic saying that caught my eye recently, as part of a book called 'Essays in Love' by Alain de Botton. Botton makes light of it by saying that his camel is packed with way too much baggage and cannot make it to the oasis. For me it is about taking life one step at a time, and despite this crazy rushing world we live in, realising that our souls need time to breathe, take stock (pun not intended!), drink, and wait. So I'm waiting...
